Shipping policy

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means to much to me that you want to have my art in your home.

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you package is lost in transit, please contact me via carolmackey.art  within 48 hours.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at carolmackey.art  You must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
